This is our story

They said there was over 18,000 women there.

But we stuck out like sore thumbs.

My Aunt Julie was obsessed with the flowers.

We met Brad Wilcox...(we love you Brad!)

Went to a concert.....

Talked to strangers(who all happened to have the name Julie)

But for the most part, we just hung around.

Then at night we would go back to the trailer, all tired and hopped up on chocolate, and have puppet shows.(I'm the one on the left)

We came, we saw, we conquered.

Wash'n the Dog.

A few days ago, Jacob and I were trying to clean out the garage. The boys were NOT helping. So we gave them a job..............................Wash'n the dog.

Justin had to keep demonstrating to Dawson, proper exfoliation.

Oops! I need more water!

There we go.


Wait Wait, I think I need more. I'll be right back.

Nice doggy, just hold still.

Easter with the pre-schoolers

Once upon a time, Emily had a great idea for Easter. "We will decorate cookies for their parents." She naively thought to herself.

So she set the table, put the kids in aprons and let them at it.
Then disaster struck. One of the kids tasted the frosting. "Hey guys this is good!" he said to his friends. "What!" Exclaimed the children. "You mean we can eat this stuff?"

By the spoonful they ate..................... all the cookies, the frosting, and the candy.

She tried to let them play for a while so they sugar would burn off, but in the end, She just sent them home to their unsuspecting parents. (Who now hate her)

Discovery Center

Mine and Jenny's kids. Justin and Beckham got along together better that Jenny and I ever did. They were hilarious.

This is when we went to the Discovery Center. The construction zone was Justin's favorite part.

Justin kept rocking so hard that Dawson would flip right over the top.

Watch out! He can't stop!

For some strange reason he loved this goose.

He kept trying to see who was down there blowing at him.

While the boy's were in the Chopper, Justin hit a button that turned on the sound. Justin freaked out. He started yelling, " I don't want to go up, I don't want to go up." Then he jumped from the aircraft. It is nice to know that he has a level head, and doesn't panic under pressure.

Dawson was very hungry....

So Justin went shopping. But all he got was asparagus.

The other great attraction was the water falls.

Even though the Center was way over priced and got the kids sic later, the boys loved it.

Our trip to Utah

We went to Utah to go through the Temple with Bree and Will.

After the session we took family pics. It was so windy and the kids were out of control. But we did get a few good shots.

The sky was perfect. As you can see the clouds turned into a heart at just the right time.

If you look close you can see a reflection of the temple in his glasses.

Dawson didn't like the wind, so his brother took care of him.

While we were waiting Justin danced and sang us a song.
